Care & Handling

Our floral installations are created using fresh, premium blooms and professional design mechanics to ensure they look their best throughout your event. Proper handling and environmental conditions are essential to maintain their quality and longevity.

Environment

• Florals should be kept in a cool, shaded environment whenever possible

• Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or strong wind exposure

• Outdoor placements may be subject to faster wilting depending on weather conditions

During the Event

• Arrangements are designed for visual display and should not be moved, rearranged, or handled by guests or vendors

• Certain elements, such as orchids and line florals, are intentionally styled for movement and may be more delicate

• Analea Wedding Co. is not responsible for damage caused by guest interaction or unauthorized handling

Hydration & Longevity

• Installations are built using professional hydration methods (including water sources within the design) to maintain freshness during the event

• Due to the nature of large-scale floral designs, some blooms may naturally soften over time

Post-Event Handling

• Florals are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours after the event

• If clients wish to repurpose or take florals, arrangements should be kept in water as soon as possible

• Transport should be done carefully to avoid shifting or breakage

Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral designs, all sales are final.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable retainer and materials already purchased

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable

Changes to Orders

• Minor adjustments may be requested up to 10 days prior to the event, subject to availability

• Significant design changes or reductions may not be accommodated once flowers have been ordered

Substitutions

• Flower varieties are subject to seasonal and supplier availability

• In the event a specific bloom is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color palette

Condition of Florals

• All bouquets are inspected prior to delivery or pickup

• Due to the natural nature of flowers, slight variations in color, shape, and bloom size are expected

Pickup & Responsibility

• Once the bouquet has been picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the client

• Proper care as outlined in the Care & Handling Instructions is required to maintain quality

This bouquet is available for local delivery, pickup, or nationwide shipping.

Local Delivery

• Delivery is available within Nashville and surrounding areas

• Delivery timing is coordinated with your event schedule

• Each bouquet is transported in water and carefully handled to maintain freshness and structure

• A delivery fee may apply based on distance and logistics

Pickup

• Pickup is available by appointment prior to your event

• Your bouquet will be fully prepared, hydrated, and ready for transport

Shipping

• Fresh bouquets are securely packaged and shipped using overnight or expedited delivery to ensure quality

• Orders must be placed in advance to allow for proper processing and preparation

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped

Important Shipping Notes

• Delivery dates are estimated based on carrier timelines and are not guaranteed

• We recommend selecting delivery 1 day prior to your event when possible

• Upon arrival, remove packaging immediately, trim stems, and place in fresh water

• Exposure to heat, cold, or delays during transit may impact flower condition

Responsibility

• Once a bouquet has been delivered, picked up, or shipped, responsibility for care transfers to the client

• Proper handling is required to maintain freshness and overall appearance
