Service Description
Need help transporting your wedding décor and event items? This service includes the pickup, packing, and transportation of décor, rentals, signage, favors, florals, and other event materials from your home, storage unit, or approved pickup locations. We'll carefully load and organize items, including driving a rental truck if needed, to help ensure everything arrives safely and is packed for efficient unloading and setup. This service is ideal for couples who want to save time, reduce stress, and avoid the logistics of moving large quantities of wedding items. Clients are responsible for the cost of any rental vehicle, such as a U-Haul, as well as any associated fuel or rental fees.
Cancellation Policy
# Booking Policy for Standard Services **Booking Confirmation** A booking is not confirmed until any required retainer or payment has been received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Clients may cancel or reschedule a standard service with at least **72 hours' notice** at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to **20% of the total service amount**. **No-Shows** Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment or service without prior notice will be charged **100% of the booked service total**. Future bookings may require full payment at the time of scheduling. **Late Arrivals** Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other bookings. If the service cannot reasonably be completed due to a late arrival, cancellation fees may apply. **Payment** Payment is due according to the terms outlined at the time of booking. Outstanding balances must be paid before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. **Client Responsibility** Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and being available at the agreed-upon date, time, and location for the scheduled service. **Service Changes** Requests to modify the scope of services are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. **Force Majeure** In the event of severe weather, emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule the service when possible. **Social Media Credit** When sharing content created by Analea Wedding Co. or materials produced as part of the service, clients agree to credit and tag **@analea_wedding_co** whenever the platform permits. **Acceptance of Terms** By booking a standard service with Analea Wedding Co., clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Booking Policy.
