Service Description
Don’t want to spend the days after your wedding making return trips? This service includes the collection and return of eligible rental items, borrowed décor, leftover personal items, and other event materials to designated locations after your event. We’ll help organize and transport items, making the post-wedding cleanup process easier and less stressful. This service is ideal for couples who want to enjoy their newlywed time without worrying about returning rentals or coordinating multiple drop-offs. Clients are responsible for any outstanding rental fees, shipping costs, or return deadlines associated with their items.
Cancellation Policy
# Booking Policy for Standard Services **Booking Confirmation** A booking is not confirmed until any required retainer or payment has been received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Clients may cancel or reschedule a standard service with at least **72 hours' notice** at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to **20% of the total service amount**. **No-Shows** Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment or service without prior notice will be charged **100% of the booked service total**. Future bookings may require full payment at the time of scheduling. **Late Arrivals** Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other bookings. If the service cannot reasonably be completed due to a late arrival, cancellation fees may apply. **Payment** Payment is due according to the terms outlined at the time of booking. Outstanding balances must be paid before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. **Client Responsibility** Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and being available at the agreed-upon date, time, and location for the scheduled service. **Service Changes** Requests to modify the scope of services are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. **Force Majeure** In the event of severe weather, emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule the service when possible. **Social Media Credit** When sharing content created by Analea Wedding Co. or materials produced as part of the service, clients agree to credit and tag **@analea_wedding_co** whenever the platform permits. **Acceptance of Terms** By booking a standard service with Analea Wedding Co., clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Booking Policy.
