Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Cancellation Policy** **Booking Confirmation** A signed agreement and any required retainer must be received before your date is officially reserved. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking with at least **72 hours' notice** at no charge. Cancellations made within **72 hours of the scheduled service** will incur a fee equal to **20% of the total booking amount**. **No-Shows** If the client fails to appear for the scheduled session or is unavailable at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and **100% of the booking total will be due and non-refundable**. **Late Arrivals** Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may have their session shortened to accommodate scheduling constraints. If a session cannot reasonably be completed due to a late arrival, it may be canceled and subject to the applicable cancellation fee. **Client Delays** Delays caused by the client, venue, or other vendors may impact the amount of content captured. Every effort will be made to maximize coverage within the booked timeframe, but no refunds or discounts will be provided for missed content resulting from delays outside of our control. **Weather & Force Majeure** In the event of severe weather, venue closures, emergencies, or circumstances beyond either party's control, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule when possible. **Content Delivery** Delivery timelines will be outlined in the service agreement. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times. **Usage of Content** Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the content creator reserves the right to use captured content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. **Payment Policy** All remaining balances are due according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery of content. **Social Media Credit** Any photos, videos, reels, or other content created by Analea Wedding Co. and shared publicly by the client, venue, or vendors must include credit to **@analea_wedding_co** through a tag or mention whenever the platform allows. By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
