Cancellation Policy

A booking is not confirmed until any required retainer or payment has been received. Due to the custom nature of calligraphy work, project dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Client Responsibility-Clients are responsible for providing accurate spelling, wording, guest names, addresses, event details, and any other information required for the project. Analea Wedding Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. Proof Approval-Digital proofs will be provided when applicable. Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Once a proof has been approved, additional changes may be subject to revision fees and production delays. Revisions-Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the selected service. Additional revisions, design changes, wording changes, or requests made after approval may incur additional fees. Materials Provided by Client-If the client provides items for calligraphy services, including envelopes, signage, place cards, escort cards, mirrors, acrylics, or other materials, the client acknowledges that variations in texture, finish, color, and material quality may affect the final result. Production Timeline-Project timelines vary based on the scope of work and current availability. Delays in receiving client information, approvals, materials, or responses may affect completion timelines. Cancellations & Rescheduling-Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking with at least 72 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the scheduled service, consultation, pickup, or project start date will incur a fee equal to 20% of the total booking amount. No-Shows-Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation, pickup, drop-off, or meeting without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. Late Arrivals-Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled consultation, pickup, drop-off, or meeting may need to reschedule. Cancellation fees may apply. If shipping is requested, the client is responsible for all shipping costs. Analea Wedding Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once items have been shipped. Social Media Credit-When sharing calligraphy work created by Analea Wedding Co. on social media or other platforms, clients agree to credit and tag @analea_wedding_co.
